       The Laurens County Human Resources Department handles all of the applicant services for individuals seeking employment opportunites with the County.  In addition, the Department provides quality employee service in the areas of hiring, employee retention, benefits, compensation, employee relations, worker's compensation, training and employee development. The employee / employer relations function addresses the need for open and honest commmunication as well as assisting other supervisors and employees in faciltitating a better understanding of workplace relationships.
